1.   What all is included in my price for pager service?
 Custom greeting, numeric recall, out of range indicator and customer service after the sale.

2.   Do you have nationwide coverage?
 Yes. We have four nationwide services that cover east to west coast. We also have large regional  areas.

3.   What if I find out after I purchase my pager from Bay Star that I am not in a covered area?
 No Problem! We have a couple ways to help with that. Please call a sales rep for more details.

4.   What if I have a question after regular business hours?
 We have a Bay Star representative available 24/7.

5.   What happens if I lose my pager?
 We have numeric recall or text to speech so you can listen to your messages from any phone.

6.   My SNPP software is not connecting. How can I fix it?
 Click "Configure" and make sure that the IP address is "host1.baystar.com".
