The Gabriel Community Alert System
(CAS) is a product of Bay Star Communications
that is designed to provide voice, text, and
email notification
to individuals designated by specific geographic
areas, by membership
in distribution lists, or both in the event
of an emergency .
A Community Alert System allows Public Safety Agencies (PSA),
Corporate Emergency Response Teams (CERT), or other Concerned Agencies (CA) to quickly notify
the public, employees and specified groups of individuals of imminent or current situations
that might affect the health or safety of the public or employees.
The Gabriel Community Alert System allows you to contact
the public, local businesses, response groups, and other agencies quickly
and accurately without requiring a large staff. Gabriel can contact people
using telephone calls, email, and wireless devices - all initiated with a
single alert declaration.
