At Baystar, we value the safety and well-being of our communities and the environment. We’re part of the communities around our sites, and many of our employees are members of those communities. It’s important to us to be good neighbors, help our communities prosper and help improve our surrounding environment.

Baystar and our employees enjoy and look forward to opportunities for dialogue with our communities through the SEACAP (Seashore Community Advisory Panel) in order to share information and listen and respond to any concerns. Our sustainable business success requires that we build strong relationships with all of our stakeholders and support our communities. We do this through supporting a variety of area community activities and organizations like the annual Rivers, Lakes, Bays N’ Bayous Trash Bash, BayFest in El Jardin, local youth sports teams, Toys for Tots, area Chambers of Commerce, etc.

Baystar contributes to the economic vitality of our communities by creating jobs, purchasing local goods and services, and paying taxes. We’re proud to be part of Texas and the individual communities that we call Home to our production facilities and our employee families.
