Good participation and management support are the keys to the success of the BBP Employee Safety Committee. Meeting every other month, this group has made real changes in the field and improved the front line recognition of getting involved and speaking up. Our 2019 focus is “Taking Safety Home”. This means two things: applying our work safety knowledge in our offsite activities, and also internalizing our safety knowledge so that they become good habits.”
